Why should I activate my request?

The activation instructions are sent to the e-mail address entered by you and we have to verify if this is a valid address and it belongs to you. It only requires you to click on the one of two links with the option you prefer.
Only after that we can submit your request to the agents network.

I don't receive activation e-mails. What to do?

If you don't receive our messages try to refresh your Inbox by clicking the button Send/Receive. In some cases the problem may be in your firewall which could block our message treating it as a Spam, sometimes because it has word Price in it. If you familiar with your Spam filter settings try to add priceland.com as a trusted address. Make the adjustments and submit your request again. You will be able to cancel the requests later. If still doesn't work try to use another e-mail address.

What happens to my request if don't activate it?

If request wasn't activated it will never be submitted to the agents network and will be deleted in 10 days.

Should I make my e-mail and phone numbers available to agents?

We understand your privacy concern. This is why our customers can choose any of the following options how they want to be contacted by Priceland.com and by the agents in our network.
Option 1. You don't disclose your e-mail and phone number to agents.
In this option agents will contact you only over our website. On each your travel request agents will submit the offers over our website and Priceland.com will generate email alert to inform you about each offer. If you like the offer you can contact the agent to process the request.
Your privacy is totally protected in this option.
Option 2. You disclose your e-mail address to the agents.
In this option agents may place the offer over website or email the offer directly to you.
In this case your email will be exposed to all agents. Even by the agreement agent obligated to protect this information we don't know how they may use it.
But there is a protection - create a free disposable e-mail address which you could use for the travel requests.
Option 3. You disclose your e-mail address and phone number to the agents.
In this option agents may place the offer over website, email or call your number.
We suggest to use this option only when need to receive the offer real fast or you just don't have access to the web and only can be contacted over the phone.

Any option you choose Priceland.com will only use your e-mail address to inform you about offers.

Should I place a request for domestick air travel?

It's true that travel agents don't get commissions for domestic air travel. Still many agents would love to find the best deal for you. Yes, we pay $10 for each travel agent you referred to our network. If you know a travel agent just send him/her to our website and if they join us you are get paid. There is always a travel agency near you. Just stop by and invite them.
You need to join our referral program and receive your Referral ID. Please make sure that the agent invited by you entered your ID on our registration page.
